Asia | landmines and cluster munitions | small arms and light weapons (SALW) | explosive weapons in populated areas 

Raza Shah Khan is the Executive Director of SPADO-Pakistan. He works on issues of peace, arms control,
and disarmament at the national, South Asia region and internationally. He is engaged in research on small arms and light weapons, landmines, cluster munition, IEDs, armed violence and development and harm to civilians due to explosive weapons. He has led a variety of peacebuilding projects in Pakistan and Afghanistan and has contributed to various research projects such as the Landmine and Cluster Munition Monitor, Small Arms Survey, Armed Violence and Disability and Illicit Arms Trade.

Khan holds a master’s degree in peacebuilding from Coventry University, United Kingdom. He speaks English, Urdu and Pashto.​
