Natália Pollachi is a project manager working at the Brazilian NGO Instituto Sou da Paz. She has worked on arms control since 2013, focusing mainly on small arms and ammunition, studying their lifecycle, origin, and effects on public security - including differential impacts regarding gender and race. Since 2018, she has managed pilot projects to implement new public policies in direct cooperation with police departments. She also takes part in advocacy efforts, producing technical material, speaking with the press, and conducting meetings with decision-makers.
She was listed twice in the publication "Forces of Change" by UNLIREC, has a trainer certificate from the ATT Secretary and currently also serves on the ATT Monitor Editorial Advisory Committee.
Pollachi holds a master's degree in International Relations from Universidade de São Paulo (USP) with research on political coalitions and peace negotiations. She speaks fluent English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
