Kelsey Gallagher is a Researcher at Project Ploughshares where he monitors Canadian arms exports. His work focuses on the arms trade, arms transfer control policy, and transparency in arms transfers. He manages the Canadian Military Industry Database (CMID), the most comprehensive database of Canadian arms exports available. 
 
Gallagher holds an MA in Peace and Conflict Studies from Conrad Grebel University College, University of Waterloo, and a BA in Political Science from Western University.
