Small arms and light weapons (SALW) | Arms Trade Treaty | Africa | harm to civilians - casualties, human rights, development

Geoffrey Duke is the Head of the Secretariat for the South Sudan Action Network on Small Arms (SSANSA) and peace activist. He has been involved in an array of national, regional, and international efforts related to weapons and violence, including negotiations of the Arms Trade Treaty as well as monitoring of the Mine Ban Treaty and the Convention on Cluster Munitions,   

Duke holds a BSc Politics and International Relations from the University of London (London School of Economics and Political Science).
