Sasha Bhatnagar is a Project Officer at the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue where she works on the mediation and prevention of armed conflict in Lebanon and the broader Middle East region. Francesco Buscemi is a PhD candidate at Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies and a member of the Research School on Peace and Conflict at PRIO, Oslo. Jordan Cohen is a Policy Analyst at the Cato Institute and a Political Science Ph.D. candidate at George Mason University. His dissertation examines when the U.S. Congress passes legislation to restrict the President’s use of weapons sales as a tool of foreign policy.
