
Jefferson Brehm is a consultant with the Small Arms Survey, where he works on issues regarding international policy and control measures against trafficking of small arms and light weapons. He is a contributor to the 2016 Issue Briefs "Checks and Balances: Securing Small Arms during Peace Operations" and "Dribs and Drabs: The Mechanics of Small Arms Trafficking from the United States".
Prior to joining the Small Arms Survey, he interned with the Stimson Center and the Chicago Project on Security and Terrorism. Brehm is a graduate of John Hopkins University, holding a BA in International Studies.
