Ana Lucía Mucci holds a MA in Development Management and Policy Universidad Nacional de San Martín & Georgetown University. Her research concerns firearms trafficking and illicit manufacturing as well as gun violence prevention policy, particularly in Latin America and the Caribbean. She has previously worked for United Nations Regional Centre for Peace, Disarmament and Development in Latin America and the Caribbean (UNLIREC). She currently collaborates as a researcher at the Instituto de Estudios Comparados en Ciencias Penales y Sociales (INECIP) and serves as a university professor.
She speaks fluent English and Spanish.
